About Me

Nawal A Swalleh, also known as Modern Hijabista to her social media followers, is a YouTuber, Modest Fashion Influencer, and Model. She was born in Ghana, moved with her parents and siblings to Kuwait for about a decade, and then moved back to Ghana, where she obtained her high school diploma. She went ahead and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and Arabic at The University of Ghana, Legon, after which she permanently moved to the United States. (Los Angeles, California).

Nawal has always been a big fan of fashion. Her passion for inspiring women to feel beautiful and confident in themselves has been her perpetual drive and motivation, thanks to the firm support from her family and friends. She is currently working on producing more content on her YouTube Channel and website. She is also working on her Collections, which will be out soon!!!!!!!.
